Medicare Training Modules

Role: Designer—Visual Strategy & Presentation Design

Challenge: CareFirst needed a Medicare training resource for agents and brokers with varying levels of experience, from new hires learning the basics to experienced agents preparing for annual enrollment.

Approach: I developed a cohesive visual system for a seven-module training series, using photography, iconography, infographics, and visual storytelling to simplify complex Medicare topics. I designed the modules to feel engaging and easy to navigate, with animated knowledge checks reinforcing key concepts.

Result: The final series gave CareFirst a consistent, accessible Medicare education resource that could support both live training and future self-guided learning.
