The goal of the CareFirst Medicare website was to educate, inform, and guide members in choosing the right plan as they approach retirement. Given the complexity of Medicare, the objective was to streamline the process by delivering clear, accessible information to help members make confident, informed decisions. This effort involved extensive research, strategic brainstorming, and the creation of detailed wireframes to ensure an intuitive user experience.
