Medicare Training Modules
The design is based loosely on CareFirst's Medicare Advantage campaign launched in 2020, originally designed by external agency Traffik. The campaign is rooted in a concept built around Maryland seniors' deep value of family and long-term trust. Medicare has a lot of moving parts, and agents need to understand it before they can sell it well. I built this seven-module training series from the ground up, developing the content and visual strategy– designing the materials to work together as a cohesive learning experience.
Goals: Help new hires, seasoned agents, and brokers feel genuinely confident about Medicare, covering plan types, acronyms, enrollment periods, and coverage topics in a way that makes complex information approachable.
Strategy: Lead with visuals. Rather than dense text, I used infographics, iconography and photography to carry the heavy lifting, making complex information easier to process for learners at any level. Each module closes with a short animated knowledge check.
