Medicare Training Modules
This series of seven training modules is designed to educate sales agents on the fundamentals of Medicare. Given Medicare’s complexity, the goal was to create training that is simple, visually engaging, and easy to comprehend. Each module includes an animated five-question knowledge check, allowing sales agents to assess their understanding of the content. The design is based on the Medicare campaign CareFirst launched in 2020. Below are select slides from all modules.
